Crisp and Vale was established in Queenstown over a decade ago from the fine dining restaurant Postmasters house in Arrowtown.

Postmaster’s house catered for many key events and weddings throughout the Wakatipu basin, and evolved into “Crisp & Vale foodstore and catering solutions”.

As head chef and owner, Hannah Crisp’s background prior to coming to New Zealand, was training at Cordon bleu Tante Marie school of cookery and Rick Steins flagship “The seafood restaurant” alongside Michelin star experience.

Hannah takes great pride in providing a high quality service using New Zealand best food producers combined with a flare for flavour and an expert eye and imagination for presentation.
