I am the managing director of DRR Consulting, whose goal is to give personalized attention to clients, focusing on talent development within a systemic and learner-centered approach. Our main goal is to help organizations grow by developing their human capital.

Businesses today are very concerned with the high turnover rate, and in particular, with the retention of good employees. It is becoming harder to recruit good employees, and once onboard, they struggle to retain them. Many new hires lack the qualifications and skills required to perform well so that they need to be upskilled; and those who immediately perform well still need to be continuously given stimulating activities in order to keep them engaged.

We help clients to identify underlying developmental needs and work closely with them to assess appropriate professional development programs that will enable their employees to improve their performance, stay engaged, and therefore also be more likely to stay onboard.

Another area DRR Consulting supports clients with is in the onboarding and succession planning processes, assisting senior managers with identifying potential leaders and supporting them in their mentoring efforts. Although managers are experts in their domain of knowledge, they often lack the people skills needed to support the development of their employees.

An important part of our business consists of bridging communication gaps within teams and across departments, assisting managers with the sometimes insurmountable task of breaking silos and improving inter-departmental communications fundamental to speeding up processes or increasing the accuracy of their exchange.

We are able to perform 360-degree surveys and interviews which let us quickly obtain a more holistic view of issues, as the different stakeholder views are incorporated. Our clients’ bottom line is our biggest concern.
