I am a qualified physiotherapy acupuncturist, with a passionate interest in health and healing on an Energetic level. I completed my physiotherapy training in South Africa, where I was active in the Private Practitioners’ Association on both  Regional and National levels.

I have accumulated a wide range of experience, having  worked in hospital, rehabilitation, community, outpatient and private practice settings.

Since qualifying, my expanding interests have included

When I moved to Christchurch, New Zealand, I first worked in a community based Child Development Centre, and then with an  interdisciplinary team of clinicians at an outpatient Pain Management Centre, promoting a self management approach for people living with chronic pain.

I am now self employed, promoting Heart-Fire Therapy and PowerStrips, where I am able to reach and help many more people struggling with painful or chronic conditions.

I feed my own Inner Fire through participating in the Creative Field Small Group Program, meditation, running along the beach, connecting with family and friends, Nia Dance, reading, writing, gardening, craft work, and listening to lovely music.
