Some would say I am overly analytical. For me this is a good trait as ensuring that every client receives the best outcome in the event of a claim is vital. Policies need to be structured properly, with companies that are financially strong and have an excellent claim paying credentials. This requires sound technical skills and an in-depth understanding of each client’s set of circumstances.

Ownership of the policy is often overlooked and is an important component of the advice provided by myself. The proceeds from a claim need to get to the right person as soon as possible.
