We are currently looking for experienced Architectural Draughtsman / Architect to work on a high-profile project in Christchurch’s CBD. The level of the apartments will be high end in the design.
Ideally you will have a NZ Diploma in Architectural Technology or an Architectural Degree with at least 5 years NZ experience and a good knowledge of NZ3604 and the building code.
The role requires someone who is an effective communicator, has worked in apartment drawing and commercial shell design, and is happy corresponding with other consultants to achieve a high-end solution. You will need to excel in detailed construction drawings.
The practice is based in Wellington and Christchurch, with the person needing to be located in Christchurch. There is potential in the future work with the next stage of the project.
You will be able to either work from our office or from home once a brief and understanding of the project has been reached, with regular meetings. AutoCAD or Revit would be a bonus but not critical for the role.
