My name is Brent Selwyn. I am a partner of Harmans Lawyers based at 485 Papanui Road, Christchurch. I have been with Harmans since 1989 and a partner since 1994. I have 6 fantastic staff working for me and we offer a broad range of private client legal services with a focus on excellence of service and a friendly, plain English approach to the law.

Harmans is one of Christchurch’s longest established law firms having been started in 1888 and continued on by children and grandchildren of the founder. Today we are a vibrant 9 partner firm with in excess of 30 professional and support staff. We offer specialist services in all aspects of law.

I have three children aged 19, 17 and 4. I live with my partner Fleur and our daughter and in my spare time I follow rugby and cricket. I play a bit of social golf, attend a local gym three times weekly and like to ride in Bottle Lake once a week also.

Property develoment and subdivision, Asset protection and estate planning using family trusts and all aspects of senior law. Company law, commercial leasing. Red zone property sales and insurance negotiations.
