Jonathan Parsons – Authorised Financial Adviser

Jonathan joined the financial services industry in 2011, after an earlier career in teaching and as a business owner in the software industry.

With a passion for investment and personal risk management, Jonathan has run his own private investment portfolio for many years and enjoys researching financial products and markets. Jonathan is an AFA, holds a Graduate Diploma in Business (Personal Financial Planning) and is currently completing his Masters of Management. He is a member of the Institute of Financial Advisors and the Professional Advisors Association.

Interests include surfing, football, music and meeting new people. He is married to Lynette and they have a son called Oskar.

Jonathan firmly believes that people should always seek professional advice tailored to their individual needs and that Kiwisaver will play an increasingly important role in many clients financial mix. In terms of risk management, he also believes that professional help is required to make peoples existing business or personal insurance expenditure go further.
