Kelly joined Ryan in 2011 as a member of the Temporary Industrial team where she was very successful in building working relationships with clients and candidates a like. Returning form Maternity leave in 2013 Ryan offered Kelly the opportunity to step into her current position recruiting for the Temporary Commercial sector. Kelly recruits across the board filling a large scope of roles including, but not exclusive to, data entry, reception cover, office administration, executive assistant and accounts.

Kelly takes pride in finding out what the needs are of both clients and candidates, building strong relationships and making the best fit possible for every job opportunity. Working with job seekers and presenting them with the right job fit in an industry they may never have thought of provides Kelly with a huge amount of personal satisfaction.
